What is the minimum order amount?
The minimum order required is 20 pieces/design.
For some special customisation that require special materials or weaving,
minimim of 50, 100 or even 500s may be required.

Artwork
Should be high resolution recommended 300 dpi at the finished printed size
Preferred file extenstions:*.bmp,*.gif,*.jpg,*.tif,*.psd,*.eps,*.ai

What happens to my design after its printed?
After your t-shirts are printed,it is kept on file and may be used as a sample for others to reference for purpose of advertising only.You agree to grant us a perpetual,non-exclusive license to use your design for these purposes.

Can I use any logo I want?
Certain logos are trademarked or restricted and are not allowed for individual use.We will(at out discretion) reject any design or part of a design that it deems illegal,immoral or in anyway inappropriate for us to produce.

Are there additional charges for artwork?
If your artwork requires clean-up,color separation or design,an additional charge may apply.You will be notified and this charge will be explained

Payment methods
Cash on delivery/cheques payable 'Asia Apparel Pte Ltd' only. An intial deposit of the total cost is required upon confirmation of order payable by cash/cheque.Balance payment is to be made upon final delivery.

Delivery
Dependable on quanities and difficulties, normally it takes 1-3 weeks for most designs,however some designs/printings may take only 2-3 days to complete. For urgent orders/delivery,pls inform us in advance.
Some customisations may need minimum of 8weeks to produce & import if fabrics are not available.

Care for your tees
Always wash your t-shirt inside out in cold water and lay flat to dry.Never add bleach or other chemical while washing.
